ABOUT
LUMA was established by David Henshaw, BSc (Hons) MRICS MAPM, who is a well-regarded and highly experienced professional with over 25 years’ experience in a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, public and private. Being both a Chartered Project Manager and Chartered Cost Consultant, David is able to bring both management and commercial skills to your project, understanding the balance of time, cost, quality, environment and sustainability.
David brings a personal style of management, with a direct and open-minded approach to all projects (regardless of size or complexity). This has led to an excellent track record in the successful delivery of projects and the development of long term client relationships.
